you can do it using the Model Builder function only
and this is not an easy way, it needs some experience

There is a lot of methods:
- Model builder is a very good method : If your layer sources are in one database.. then you can open model builder and add an iteration tool then add export feature (in the output you should use
%NAME %
to get the output name as the input for each layer in the database)..
- If you can use python.. try to modify the following script which I found in internet:
import os, arcpy
folder = "pathtofolder"
#Get name of vector layers
mxd = arcpy.mapping.MapDocument("current")
df = arcpy.mapping.ListDataFrames(mxd)[0]
layers = [f.name for f in arcpy.mapping.ListLayers(mxd, "*", df) if f.isFeatureLayer]
for layer in layers:
#Join output folder to layer name and append .shp
shp_out = os.path.join(folder, "{}.shp".format(layer))
arcpy.CopyFeatures_management(layer, shp_out)
- The third and a very good way is to do a package from your mxd ().in toolbox use package). then you can extract the package and you will find all the layer in the same folder
- The fourth way is to use (Feature Class to Feature Class, Feature Class to Geodatabase (multiple), or Copy Features).. Do not use open but do a write click on the tool in the toolbox and choose batch and you will be able to choose all the layer and export them (more information about batch
http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/...0000000w000000)..

Good luck
